Terrible customer service, curt, and unprofessional. I requested a copy of a towing receipt for an accident that occurred 1/23, and my car was totaled. Towing was $124 and had to be paid in cash. A receipt was not provided at towing and was not placed in the car as requested. Upon requesting a receipt via telephone on 3/3/2020, I was told I would have to come in person despite me telling them I live 2+ hours away. They were extremely rude and uncooperative. Do not use this service.
