FIRST YOU CANNOT FIND AN ACTUAL WEBSITE FOR THIS COMPANY AND WHEN U LOOK IT UP IT SAYS IN EVERY WEBSITE THAT THE COMPANY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS EVEN BY THE BBB THEN WHEN U CALL HE IS RUDE AND HANGS UP IN UR FACE HOW FO U DEAL WITH CHP HIGHWAY PATROL AND CANT ANSWER THE PHONE FIRST PROFESSIONALLY AND SECOND IF YOU ARE GOING TO ANSWER YOUR BUSINESS PHONE AT HOURS YOU WOULD SAY YOU ARE NOT OPEN THEN BE A BUSINESS MAN ABOUT IT I FEEL THAT THIS SHOULD NOT BE ANY KIND OF ASSOCIATION WITH OUR CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL ....... so my fiancé was involved in motorcycle accident on the highway I called chp to see where the bike was Nd how to get it was give a number (530-795-4513) to call and the name winters towing when I called the first time someone hung up on me so I googled the number and name to make sure I had it correct which blew my mind when no website Nd everything says this business is no longer in business so I try to call and ask this time to make sure when answered and told this was correct I was give rudeness attitude words that u don’t speak to customers and hung up on yet again so I cannot get information on the bike until maybe morning or Monday with a business that deals with our 24/ hr highway patrolmen ????????????????????????
