Had a CHARITY event last night and needed a donated car junked. Downtown Towing never showed up, never called to say they weren't going to show up, and didn't have anyone on their "24 hour" phone line. I called fifty times. My organization had to spend donated money that was intended to help CHILDREN to keep the car parked over night until a reliable towing company could pick it up today.

had my car towed "Parked in a tow zone" did not know it. Long story short I called the tow company that was posted. when I called asking why it was towed and where I could pick up my car, the person on the phone was very rude and confrentational. used very abusive language I actually had him on speaker phone for others to hear. I do not recommend this tow company at all.
