Waited 2 hours for them to pick up my car. I met them back at the shop, got there first, and had to wait another hour for my car to arrive behind me. I expected the truck to be a little behind me, but what did the driver do? Stop for a bite? NO! My car had been ransacked. My radar detector, my medication, even my change in the console were all gone. I notified the girl claiming to be the owner's wife, and she just said, "Maybe it happened before he picked up the car. That's common." When I explained that I was with the care the entire time, she asked me if I could "prove" it. After I told them I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there, they presented me with a $110 tow bill. I paid the bill and had another company tow my car from their shop to another accross town. The tow bill was only $60, but at least I don't have to deal with idiot theives anymore. Never again!
