- Tow driver lost my car - - Kathy Meinburg - 8/13/2014 - comment
Horrible people from the top to the bottom. I had to call for a tow truck to take my car to one specified repair shop. The tow driver had the address written down and I signed the paper and watched my car leave. Hours later after not hearing back from the repair place they said my car had not been delivered. I called the tow shop and was told my car was dropped at a completely different place and if I wanted it picked up I would need to file a claim with my insurance. Horrible customer service.
