Marty's Automotive is operating without the proper licensing and is violating building codes at it's current location. The business practices are no better. They routinely charge to fix or replace parts and then do not perform the work, yet tell customers that the work was completed. Before doing business with Marty's check with the Dutchess County records to view the public records showing over $300,000 that Marty's has in civil judgments against the business and it's owner Martin B Novick Jr. In 2010 Marty's had a tow truck repoed by the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office due to a civil judgment Marty's wouldn't pay for scamming a customer. If you value your money, vehicle and sanity, do not use this business.
