commentI called my insurance company to get some help with changing my tire. When I called, I made sure that they were aware of what I had already attempted to perform myself, and more specifically, what was necessary in order for the tire change to be successful. The driver was smoking in the truck when he pulled up to my vehicle, and his initial comment was he did not think that he was the best the company had and that was why they sent him out, and then that his truck was virtually empty of tools necessary for the tire change to take place. I had to ask my boss for his tools for the tow truck driver to attempt to do what I already informed him had not worked the day before. 9 minutes later, it was recommended that I get a tow to get my truck up in the air for a technician to service the secondary lock so that they can disengage it and have them perform the tire change. Which, by the way, he did not bring a tow truck with him so I would have had to wait even longer for help to come as he arrived in a truck which he said was stripped of all tools.
It was a waste of my time, and I was honestly disappointed with the lack of service, the lack of knowledge on the service mans part, and the fact that this is supposed to be a service covered with my roadside assistance which I pay extra for each month. I SERIOUSLY HOPE THIS GUY ISNT COMPENSATED FOR NOT DOING WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO DO!
