Victor is a Mex and cannot be trusted..Salinas does not want him towing vehicles anymore..Read the city of Salinas report of his city contract for towing..Go back to Mexico Victor and be corrupt in YOUR Country.Piece of sh*t..

Victor Vargas is a law breaker...He sells junk vehicles without registering them in his name..Then collects the "cash" and dose not report it to THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE..This is against the law of THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LAWS..If THE IRS wants info on his untaxed money...They have it now!!!..Stay clear of this LAW BREAKER..He has been reported to the IRS and is soon to be contacted..Good luck with the audit Victor..
