Rate and Review Tanners Towing and Recovery

Tanners towed my Freightliner in on the evening of Christmas day, 12/25/12 and told me they would reattach the wire to the starter the next day. Every day since then they have promised they would be done that day before close of business. They lost my key to my truck and had to come to Alexander to pick it up and still after two days have not fixed my truck. Today is Saturday 12/29/12 and I am still waiting and have again been told that they will have it finished today...... I am losing $500.00 per day while they play with me, lying to me while they make their money hauling cars and leave my truck sitting, because they know that I cannot do anything else except wait for them. They are just taking advantage of the situation. They may have a contract with the police department to remove vehicles when they need it but don't be fooled into thinking that that means they are ethical or honest.
