The Owner of the towing company is rude and disrespectful to elders ,he has a filthy mouth . His respect for his customers is low to none . Not to mention they took forever to get there and he acted like I disturced him to come get my car ,( early in morning )I will never use this company again nor will I refer it to others . I believe they are connected to AAA , which is not good .
      - 6/12/2013 - This company (M&B Towing) was called by the Virginia State Police, to tow a vehicle after a minor traffic accident on I-64 in Newport News VA. The tow truck driver was courteous and efficient and towed us to M&B Towing and Recovery in Newport News. The vehicle was transferred to a collision repair center the following morning. All towing charges were paid by our insurance company. After the vehicle was repaired and returned to us, we received a letter from M&B Towing, demanding payment for $1,270.00. This company also notified DMV of intent to place a lien on our vehicle if not paid within 10 days. We are filing a complaint with the Virginia State Police for attempted insurance fraud by M&B Towing and we are going to sue this business for any and all damage to our credit rating. Do not allow this company to tow your car under ANY circumstances. When we get done with them, I doubt they will still be in business! Enjoy your scam while you can, M&B.
