His road side service is awesome! But he forgot to secure my car after unloading it off his flatbed truck, my car rolled and smashed into his trick damaging the back of my car. Wallace said he would pay for the repairs and gave me s name of a under the table body shop guy, after getting the quote Wallace never returned my calls. The body shop guy said he was able to contact him and Wallace said he will not pay for the damages!! What guy!! I am taking him to court!! I am a retired insurance agent, guess he thinks he's above taking care of his problems. I trusted this tow truck driver and this is how he treats his customers. Shame on him!
