RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! My car was repaired about three months ago and was damaged in the same area repaired. Instead of hearing me out Bob I guess the owner just said "your not getting it fixed for free". What ever happened to the warranty. The thing about businesses is that it's you against them. No middle man to tell them your right or your not right. He just brushed me aside like I didn't matter. Better yet like I was lying and that what he said was all and that was final. How can the customer be heard. Think places like this don't honor warranties because they can get away with saying its a new break. No it's the same break you didn't fix properly.
