We've taken our vehicle to Action Towing of Rochester NY many times and are sorry we did. Unlike everyone else, they charge a diagnostic charge even if you go ahead with the work they recommend. NO ONE else does that. Then when they make a mistake and replace something they didn't need to replace, they will never admit it, just find something else to pad the bill next time. These guys are real smooth criminals and their shop should be investigated by the local district attorney.
