After an accident on 101, CHP had our vehicle towed by this company and didn't even ask us if we had AAA which we do, but because of our injuries, just took our vehicle to the storage yard, and was told by CHP that there would not be a charge for storage or towing ... I phoned the day after the accident, and was also told there is no storage charge only a $50 to have a driver go open the gate, but that we could wait until Monday and the office would be open from 8-5. The woman at the office, told a completely different story! Charge for towing $255, plus a $65 a day storage fee ! She was so rude to my son who when to pick up items and then to me on the phone! Never use them if you can help it!
