This company, C.A.R.S., is nothing more than a car stealing operation. They steal cars from apartments that you pay for parking. They are very rude and charge approximately 250-300.00 dollars for you to retrieve your vehicle. They will be reported to TDLR and investigated. I have noticed that they operate and target minority individuals, take there vehicles to a location off of Loop 12, make you wait until the time allow the compensation they want. They attempt to make it all your fault. I did an extensive background on them. Possible operate in Lancaster, Oak Cliff Areas mainly. Their Dispatcher, "Mrs P", is the rudest and most disgusting piece of trash you would ever like to speak with. Her only concern is when can you pay and what time would you like to come by. Better Business Bureau and All Dallas News Networks should do an investigation to find out how many minorities are being exploited by this sham operation. I intend to visit with the City of Dallas, Lancaster PD, Duncanville PD, Texas DPS, Irving PD and all local police departments to make them totally aware of this operation.
      - 12/14/2015 - This same company stole my vehicle and charged me 298.00 from Creekwood Apartments. They advised that the management told them to take my vehicle. I pay for the parking space.
