Rate and Review Elite Towing

Elite was called by Roadside America to come to my aid. I was left to wait for 4.5 hours. The first time I called was 1.5 hours after waiting and was advised that the wrecker was in traffic on a bridge in jacksonville that was closed due to a fatality wreck. They never called roadside to advise they couldnt get to me, every time I called I was lied to.. "he's on the bridge, he's on the interstate, hes enroute to you". The last straw was when I spoke to a driver who said that he wasn't enroute yet and was waiting for a truck. Thank you RJR towing for coming to my rescue 20 minutes after being called. I will refuse Elite towing as my wrecker should I ever need Roadside America to call a tow for me. I have suggested to Roadside America to drop Elite Towing as a provider for tow services for their customer
