my car was stolen and by the time i came by to get my car it was around 11:45. then they told me i needed a vallejo release form when i had already gotten one from hayward. so by the time i came back it was 12:15 and they charged another day because of their own negligence to mention we needed it. The lady who answered the phone had hung up on us and sent it to voice mail repeatedly for awhile. So we had to pay 375$ for my stolen vehicle, and it was only there for a day. They have no hearts, and I hope no one is unfortunate enough to have to go there.
