I called about my parents vehicle and asked if I could make a payment. The secretary gave me a hard time and would not allow me to make a payment unless they contacted my parents first...... Its supposed to be a suprize.... this. Company just refused a $200.00 payment...... nice ....now my parents should get it fixed for free.....
